relaxed, with friendly conversations by the pool. The staff truly made us feel at home, always remembering our names. Although the music in the morning could be disruptive, the charm of meeting fellow travelers made our stay enjoyable.

the place, while it has potential, had no hot water the entire time. very charming, right? and if you're anticipating any sort of special treatment, don't hold your breath—this is just another motley hotel with meh amenities. for the price, i woudl ve expected better, like maybe a complimentary drink or room upgrade. alas, almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Additionally, if you're in the Jaguar room, you might be bothered by the lack of privacy since it sits directly by the pool area, making it easy for passerby guests to peek in.

my stay at pur boutique cabanas was truly delightful. the staff were exceptionally helpful, even fixing our golf cart issue promptly. the cozy king studio had a beautiful ambiance, and i enjoyed the fantastic food and drinks throughout my visit.

The Deluxe King Suite I stayed in was spacious, with a nice outdoor area that was perfect for morning coffee. The food exceeded my expectations with delicious options available every day. Free filtered coffee was a nice touch. The transportation assistance to and from the airport was top-notch, making everything stress-free. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, a great spot for unwinding after a day out. However, the room we had was directly in front of the pool and bar, so privacy was pretty much nonexistent. Music played early in the morning, which was a bit annoying. The bed could have been more comfortable too. the comforter was smaller than the bed, and the sheets had some cigarette burn holes. An improvement would be to have better measures to keep the mosquitoes away from the private pool area. Overall, the property was stunning and offered a great escape, but a few adjustments could enhance the experience even more.

The Deluxe King Suite was super spacious with an outdoor dining area and a kitchenette. The saltwater pool was perfect for chilling out. Massage options included neck and foot massages which were relaxing. The onsite restaurant had great food and free filtered coffee every day. Plus, the staff was super welcoming!
